James, nosh and Becks

Far from looking all gooey-eyed, Gavin & Stacey star James did a fine impression of Becks' staple serious frown as they left the venue.

The pair formed a close friendship shooting their hit sketch for the BBC's Sport Relief telethon earlier this year.

Aside from their aforementioned shenanigans, the skit featured James painting Becks' nails, grooming the footie ace and planting a kiss on his head.

Clad in big coats, the duo didn't appear best pleased to be subjected to the icy elements last night.

Bet they were craving a nice hot bath.
